Dutch-run, working with experienced Portuguese painters. Interior and exterior work for homes and villas — a fixed written price, a start date that holds, and a 2-year guarantee.
Quality paint from CIN and Robbialac, floors and furniture fully protected, and a walkthrough at the end of every job. You sign off only when you're happy with it.
Walls, ceilings, doors and woodwork. Full preparation — filling, sanding, priming — because that is what decides how the finish looks in two years. Undecided on colour? We bring sample pots and paint patches on your own wall, so you see them in your own light before anything is decided.
Villa facades, walls and shutters. Crack repair, priming and coatings chosen for salt air and strong coastal sun.
Quick turnarounds between tenants or guests, scheduled around your bookings. We work with property managers and surf-house owners across the region.
Treated properly before painting, never painted over. In coastal homes this is the difference between a finish that lasts and one that fails in a winter.
Whether you're in Amsterdam, London or New York, we handle the whole job: inspection with photos, a fixed written quote, progress updates while we work, and the final walkthrough on your behalf.

Most companies here won't give you a number until they're standing in your hallway. These are the ranges our clients typically pay — everything included: materials, preparation, protecting your floors and furniture, and cleaning up.
We are not the cheapest, and we'd rather say so now. You can find someone here who will paint a room for less. What you are paying us for is a price that doesn't move, a start date that holds, work you can inspect before you pay the balance, and someone who answers the phone two years later if something fails. If the lowest number is what matters most, we're honestly not the right company — and you've saved us both a visit.
How we reach a number: we measure the actual wall, ceiling and woodwork area at the visit and price on that, not on a guess from photos. What moves it within a range: the condition of the surface. Damp, cracked render, bad previous paintwork and difficult access are what separate the bottom of a range from the top. Ceiling heights above about 2.7 m and rooms still full of furniture push a job upwards too. We tell you exactly which apply at the visit, in writing. The quote you sign is what you pay — the ranges above are a guide, not an offer.

Finding a good painter here isn't the hard bit. Getting a clear price, a date that holds, and someone who answers the phone afterwards — that's the hard bit. That's the job we've taken on.

WhatsApp us photos of the rooms or the facade, or book a free visit. Either way it costs nothing.
A written, itemised price in your language. What's included, what isn't, and exactly what you'll pay.
Floors and furniture covered, work done on the agreed dates, site left clean at the end of each day.
We inspect first, then you approve before the final payment. Your 2-year warranty is in writing.

I'm Ermo — Dutch, living on the Lisbon coast with my partner Inês, who is Portuguese. I spent summers painting with my mother's partner, who has run his own painting company in the Netherlands for years. I know what proper preparation looks like, and I know when a job is being rushed.
I don't hold the brush any more — the work is done by experienced Portuguese painters I've checked and worked with. What I do is quote your job honestly, keep the schedule, inspect the work before you ever see it, and answer the phone afterwards. That last part turns out to be rare. And between Inês and me, nothing gets lost between you, the crew and the paperwork.
We're new here, and I'd rather say so than invent a wall of reviews. What I can promise is a fixed written price, a date that holds, and a two-year guarantee in writing.

A one-bedroom apartment typically comes in between €1,700 and €2,200, a two-bedroom between €2,500 and €3,200, and a three-bedroom between €3,400 and €4,400 — including materials, preparation and cleaning up. The final figure depends on the condition of the walls, the ceiling height and access, which we measure at the visit and confirm in writing.
Lisbon, Cascais, Estoril, Sintra, Ericeira, Mafra and Torres Vedras. If you're just outside that, ask anyway — we'll tell you honestly whether it's practical rather than quote you and cancel later.
Interior work usually within one to two weeks. Exterior work depends on the weather and the season — we'll give you a realistic date rather than an optimistic one.
Yes. Every quote includes materials, preparation, protection of your floors and furniture, and cleaning up. If something isn't included, it's stated on the quote.
No. Many of our clients are abroad during the work. We send progress photos and carry out the final walkthrough on your behalf.
Defects in our workmanship — peeling, flaking or failure of the coating we applied. It doesn't cover new structural damp, building movement, or damage caused after we finish. It's written into your quote so there's nothing to argue about later.
A deposit when we book the dates, and the balance after the walkthrough, once you've approved the work. You receive a proper invoice.
We reply within a few hours and send an itemised quote within 24. Prefer to skip the form? Send photos straight to WhatsApp.
